This fried tilapia recipe creates a pritong isda dish that even picky kids can’t resist. Make it extra irresistible with Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise.

Ingredients
  • 500 g tilapia, cleaned and scaled
  • 1 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Lady's Choice mayonnaise
  • juice of 1 calamansi
  • 3/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 cups flour
  • oil for deep frying
Cooking Method
  1. Rub tilapia with 1 tsp salt. Set aside.

  2. Mix 1 cup of Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise with juice of 1 calamansi and add ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground pepper to taste.

  3. In another dish, mix 2 cups of flour with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp ground pepper.

  4. Dip tilapia in seasoned Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise then coat in seasoned flour.

  5. Deep fry until golden brown.
