Creamy Penne Pasta:
- 400 gram penne
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 pc Knorr Chicken Cube
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pasta water
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 1/2 cup quick melt cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- pinch ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
For Topping:
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta, making sure to set aside 1 cup of the pasta water along with the pasta.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add oil and butter.
Add garlic into the pan and sauté until soft.
Crumble Knorr Chicken Cube and add into the pan. Add flour and mix well until the cube is dissolved. You can use a whisk to make this easier.
Add pasta water and full cream milk. Whisk and reduce heat to low.
Add quick melt cheese and ½ cup of the grated parmesan cheese, pepper, and parsley. Stir until the cheese melts.
Toss in penne pasta and mix until combined.
Take off the heat and served topped with more grated parmesan cheese, if using.
