This classic snack recipe uses the flavors of pork marinated in soy sauce, sugar, chili and sweet coconut milk sauce. Grilled for added taste and texture.

Tips

Make sure that the bbq sticks have been soaked in water for 1 hour before using them. This will prevent the stick from burning once it touches the hot coal.

Cooking Method
  1. Make this often at home not only on special occasions but as a mainstay on your family table. It’s easy to do and the outcome is just fantastic.

  2. First, you need to make the marinade for your pork. Just bring everything together in a bowl, mix them well until free of lumps before you soak the pork strips in. Now, let the flavors develop by leaving it for 30 minutes only.

  3. When 30 minutes is done, you may start threading the pieces of meat in the soaked bbq sticks.

  4. Get your grill nice and hot using charcoal or you may do stove top grilling. Place the pork slices on top and grill to cook. Serve with grilled chili. Enjoy!
