Umami-Rich Pork BBQ Recipe
It’s time to fire up the grill and gather the family together to make this Pork BBQ recipe that gets its umami kick from a flavorful marinade made with Knorr Liquid Seasoning. Marinating your Pork BBQ not only enhances the flavors of the meat but locks in extra moisture to prevent it from drying out when grilling. Plan ahead and make this ahead of time because of the overnight marinating time.
Tips
Try piercing the pork kasim with a fork before adding the marinade to tenderize your meat and allow the flavors to penetrate deeper.

Arrange the pork kasim in a bowl or a heavy-duty food safe plastic container.
In a bowl, whisk all the other ingredients together and pour on top of the pork kasim. Ensure that the pork pieces are well covered by the marinade. Seal the container and leave inside the refrigerator to marinate overnight.
While the meat is marinating, soak your barbeque sticks in water overnight to prepare them for grilling the next day or if you’re pressed for time, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
Take your marinated pork kasim out of the refrigerator and proceed to skewer the meat on the barbeque sticks. Set aside.
Prepare your grill and make sure that it’s nice and hot before you begin grilling your barbeque.
Place the barbecue skewers on the grill until cooked to your desired doneness.
Serve the Pork BBQ warm with your favorite dipping sauce and steaming hot rice.
