Try This Beef Taco Recipe With A Filipino Kaldereta Twist
Take a break from the usual beef tacos by making this Kaldereta beef taco recipe. We use the usual beef taco ingredients but add a Filipino twist to it using Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Kaldereta. It infuses the ground beef with the rich and complex flavors of Kaldereta minus the hours of simmering the meat. This dish comes together in less than an hour and is perfect for changing up Taco Tuesdays.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 2 pcs garlic cloves, chopped
- 750 grams ground beef
- 1 pack 45 g Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Kaldereta, dissolved in 1 cup water
- 1 pc Knorr Beef Cube
- 1 pc bell pepper, diced
- to taste Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- 2 pcs large tomatoes, diced
- 12 pcs taco shells
- 3 pcs white onions, diced
- 1 pc singkamas, sliced into thin strips
- 1 pc small lettuce or red cabbage, sliced
- 2 cups cheese, grated

Ground Beef Taco Filling
Set a pan over medium high heat.
Add the oil, onions, and garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onion starts to turn translucent and the garlic starts browning.
Add the ground beef, dissolved Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Kaldereta, Knorr Beef Cubes, and bell peppers. Allow the beef to absorb the liquid and cook until the meat and vegetables are cooked through.
Season with Knorr Liquid Seasoning to taste.
Assembly
Grab a taco shell and add ground beef at the bottom.
Add equal amounts of white onions, singkamas, and lettuce/cabbage to the taco shell.
Finish off with a sprinkling of grated cheese.
