Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pc red onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken liver, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup chicken breast fillet, cubed
  • 1/4 kilo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • pinch ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup sayote, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cauliflowers florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 pc Knorr Shrimp, Beef, or Pork Cube
  • 1/3 cup baguio beans, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup celery sticks and leaves, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red and green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup singkamas (jicama), sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in water
Cooking Method
  1. Heat a wok or pan for 1 minute over medium heat.

  2. Add oil to wok. Sauté garlic and onions until slightly browned.

  3. In the same wok, add your choice of meat (shrimp, chicken, or chicken liver) and sauté for 2 minutes. Add ground black pepper then sauté for another minute.

  4. Add carrots, cauliflower, sayote, water, and Knorr Shrimp, Beef, or Pork Cube, depending on the flavor profile you’re craving. Mix well, cover, and let simmer for 5 minutes or until sayote is cooked.

  5. Add bell pepper, Baguio beans, and celery stalks. Mix well, cover, and let simmer for 3 minutes.

  6. Add celery leaves, cabbage, dissolved cornstarch, singkamas, and oyster sauce. Mix well. Cover and let simmer again for 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Serve.
