This recipe uses only a handful of ingredients and can go from pan to plate in 30 minutes or less. While Mexican food is usually rich in flavor, this beef & cheese quesadilla recipe takes it to the next level with one simple yet game changing ingredient – Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise. Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 pc white onion, chopped
  • 4 pcs garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pc large red bell pepper, minced
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 pack taco seasoning, small
  • 1/2 pc Knorr Beef cube, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup store-bought salsa
  • 8 pcs 12 inch flour or corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella or quickmelt cheese
Cooking Method
  1. Heat up oil in a pan over medium high heat.

  2. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent. This will take about 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add the diced red bell pepper and continue to sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add the ground beef and let it cook until lightly browned.

  5. Add taco seasoning and ½ Knorr Beef Cube into the pan. Mix until the beef cube is dissolved.

  6. Add in salsa and mix well.

  7. Once the beef mixture is cooked, set aside.

  8. Heat another pan over medium high heat and make sure this pan can fit whatever size of tortilla you’ll be using.

  9. Prepare to cook the quesadilla by setting all your beef & cheese quesadilla components in place – cheese, ground beef mixture, tortilla, serving dish.

  10. Place the tortilla on the pan and smear a thin layer of Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise on top.

  11. Next, sprinkle it with cheese, add a few tablespoons of the ground beef mixture, and then sprinkle it with more cheese. Finish it off by adding another tortilla on top.

  12. Let the tortilla cook for a bit and once the bottom is browned and the cheese is starting to melt, carefully flip the tortilla to heat up the other side.

  13. Repeat the same process with the rest of the ground beef mixture until there’s none left.

  14. Serve warm and sliced into triangles.
