Not a fan of pork sisig? You can cook this fried rice with other ingredients, like bangus, tofu, or chicken. You might also want to consider your guests’ preferences. Ask them if they’re allergic to any food or if they’re cutting down on a particular ingredient. Do they like their dishes extra spicy? Sprinkle more chopped chilies on top! Are they purists who don’t want their sisig topped with a fried egg? Make it optional by serving it on the side. Remember: your goal is to make them feel at home with your cooking.

Heat sisig in a pan over medium-low flame until crisp. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Keep excess rendered fat in the pan. Add canola oil, if needed.
Add Knorr Pork Cube and mix with a wooden spoon until fully dissolved into the oil. Add onions and chilies; sauté until translucent.
Increase heat to medium. Add rice and toss to coat until slightly toasted. Add crispy sisig and stir well. Remove from heat.
In another pan, fry eggs until the bottoms are crispy. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, calamansi juice, and garlic. Season with salt. Mix well.
Transfer sisig fried rice to a serving platter. Top with fried eggs. Finish with a drizzle of the prepared sauce. Garnish with red onions and chilies, if desired. Serve hot.
