Pancit Bihon Upgraded With Stir-fried Beef Sirloin

Pancit bihon is one of the unofficial national dishes served in nearly every Filipino celebration. Ingredients

3 cups water
1 pc Knorr Beef Cube
3 tbsp vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc medium onion, chopped
250 g beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp kinchay
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup carrot strips
2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
400 g bihon noodles
1 1/2 chopped spring onion
5 pcs calamansi, sliced

Cooking Method

Make the beef stock: Bring water to a boil. Add Knorr Beef Cube and stir until dissolved. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Add beef sirloin and stir-fry until lightly browned. Add kinchay, cabbage, and carrots. Stir-fry until veggies are half-cooked.
Pour in prepared beef stock and add Knorr Liquid Seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add bihon noodles and simmer until cooked.
Transfer to a platter and garnish with spring onions. Serve hot with calamansi on the side.
