  • 1 pack medium flour or wheat tortillas

Creamy Curry Chicken Burrito Recipe Filling

  • 4 pcs chicken breast fillet
  • 1 cup Lady's Choice Chicken Spread
  • 1 cup curry powder
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup cumin
  • pinch salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 cups lollo rosso lettuce, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup tomato, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced into thin strips

Pinoy Shawarma Beef Burrito Recipe Filling

  • 350 gram beef serloin, thinly-sliced (tapa cut)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pc Knorr Beef Cubes
  • 4 pcs calamansi, juiced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pc medium-sized white onion, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 pcs ripe tomatoes, deseeded and sliced into thin strips
  • 1/2 pc cucumber, peeled, deseeded and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 pc singkamas, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce or lollo rosso lettuce, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese

Garlic Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
Cooking Method

Creamy Curry Chicken Burrito Recipe

  1. Marinate chicken breast in a mixture of curry powder, cumin, yogurt, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and leave to soak for about 15 minutes.

  2. While letting the chicken soak in marinade, thinly slice lolo rosso lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber. Set aside.

  3. Pan-fry marinated chicken breast until cooked, then cut into small cubes. A healthier alternative: grill your marinated chicken breast instead of frying.

  4. To assemble, spread Lady’s Choice Chicken Spread on tortilla wrapper. Fill the bottom half of the wrapper with cubed chicken and sliced lolo rosso lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber. Fold the top half to seal the burrito.

  5. Toast assembled creamy curry chicken burrito on a pan or griddle until lightly crisped or browned. Serve as is or with garlic sauce.

Pinoy Shawarma Beef Burrito Recipe

  1. Marinate beef in a mixture of soy sauce, calamansi juice, brown sugar, chopped garlic, ground black pepper, and Knorr Beef Cube dissolved in hot water. Mix well and leave to soak for about 15 minutes.

  2. While letting the beef soak in marinade, slice the vegetables and set aside. Then, heat a grill pan or a flat frying pan over high heat.

  3. Drain the marinade and grill the beef in batches until cooked through.

  4. Chop beef into bite-sized pieces once slightly cooled.

  5. To assemble, heat tortilla on a flat pan until slightly toasted. Transfer on a plate, then fill the middle part with vegetables and beef. Drizzle with garlic sauce and grated cheese. Roll and wrap with foil before serving.

Garlic Sauce

  1. Combine Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Transfer mixture in a squeeze bottle with a funnel.

  3. Chill and set aside until ready to use.
