Start by lightly toasting the bread.
Spread a generous amount of Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
On the first slice, layer ham followed by lettuce and tomato.
Top with the second slice of bread, followed by scrambled eggs, lettuce and tomato. To make your scrambled eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. If you like your eggs softer, add milk. Using a fork or a whisk, beat the eggs until the yolks and whites are fully combined. Heat up your pan over medium heat and add butter. Once the butter is melted and pan is heated, pour in the beaten eggs. Let it cook undisturbed for few seconds until it starts to set around the edges. Stir gently with a spatula, pushing from the edges towards the center. Continue cooking—stirring occasionally—until the eggs are mostly cooked but still slightly runny.
Close the sandwich with the third slice of bread. Cut into manageable pieces and serve immediately.
