Eat the rainbow with this party classic lapu-lapu fish con mayonesa using creamy Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise.

Ingredients
  • 1 pc whole lapu-lapu fish (about 1.3-1.5 kg)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 pc red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 3 pcs eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 pc carrot, peeled and chopped
Cooking Method
  1. Lightly season lapu-lapu with salt and pepper.

  2. Steam lapu-lapu until fully cooked, around 20-25 minutes depending on the size of the fish. Set aside and let it cool to room temperature. Afterwards, place in the chiller to cool down for an hour.

  3. Take the lapu-lapu out of the chiller and peel the skin off. Then, place on a serving platter and set aside.

  4. In a medium bowl, season Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise with salt and pepper. Spread this on top of the fish evenly.

  5. Working in layers to create a rainbow effect, arrange bell peppers, sweet pickle relish, eggs, celery, and carrots on top of the lapu-lapu.
