This recipe uses mayonnaise in place of heavy cream to create a quiche that’s creamier and more flavorful without breaking the bank. 

Tips

You can adapt this recipe to suit whatever is in your pantry. Feel free to replace the bacon with crumbled sausage and the bell peppers with mushrooms. The possibilities are endless.

Ingredients
  • 4 slices american bacon roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/2 pc small white onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp bell peppers, chopped
  • 6 pcs eggs
  • 1/4 cup Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
Cooking Method
  1. Preheat the oven or air-fryer to 180C.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Pour into a greased 8x8 rectangular baking dish or any dish that would fit in your air-fryer, if using an air-fryer.

  4. Bake the quiche in the oven or air-fryer for 20-30 minutes, until the quiche has a slight jiggle to it. The eggs will continue to cook after you take it out of the oven.

  5. Serve on its own or with a salad and a slice of bread.
