Korean pop culture has infiltrated our shores and it shows no signs of slowing down. Whether you’re a KDrama or KPop fan, there’s one thing all of us can agree on – Korean food is amazing. With mouthwatering flavors and fun flavor experiences, we’re lovers of Korean cuisine. One of our favorites is Korean Spicy Noodles. While we love it on its own like most of you do, we wanted to challenge ourselves by infusing a Filipino twist to it using the breakfast staple, tapa with a little atchara on the side. We love how the flavors of these iconic foods create a dish that’s addictingly sweet, spicy, salty, and creamy all at the same time. Try this recipe next time you’re binging on your favorite KDramas.
