Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 cup chopped bacon
- 2 pcs garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 pc small onion, chopped
- 1 cup cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, cut into thin strips
- 1 pc Knorr Shrimp Cube, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Gochujang
- 5 cups day-old rice, chilled
- 4 - 5 pieces fried egg

Heat oil in a hot pan and cook the bacon until lightly toasted.
Into the pan, add garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant.
Add the cabbage, carrots, crumbled Knorr Shrimp Cube, and gochujang sauce into the pan and mix well.
Add the rice to the pan and mix well until the rest of the ingredients are mixed evenly with the rice. You’ll know it’s well mixed when the rice is uniform in color.
Take the kimchi-less kimchi rice off the pan and serve with a fried egg.
