In a mixing bowl, prepare the meatballs by combining the ground pork and ground beef. Add the bread crumbs, egg, salt, Parmesan cheese, and ground pepper. Mix all the ingredients until they are well-blended.
Scoop around 3 tbsp of the meatball mixture. Place a cheddar cheese cube in the middle, then roll it into a ball. Repeat until you use up all the meatball mixture.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs until they turn golden brown. Remove and set aside once done.
Prepare the meaty marinara sauce by sauteing the onion and garlic on the remaining olive oil used to fry the meatballs.
Add the stewed tomato and tomato sauce to the pan, and stir. Cover and cook the sauce between low to medium heat setting for about 20 minutes.
Add the Knorr Beef Cube to the pan and stir. Put the fresh basil in the pan, and cook for 5 minutes.
Put the meatballs back into the pan. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Season the meatballs with salt and pepper. Set aside after.
In a separate pot, cook the spaghetti as instructed.
Arrange the cooked spaghetti in a serving plate or bowl. Top with sauce and meatballs. Add more Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve, and enjoy!
