Cook lasagna sheets according to package directions. Drain the water, cover lasagna sheets, and set aside.
In a pot, sauté onions and garlic in hot oil.
Add ground beef and cook until color changes. Add Knorr Beef Cube and pasta sauce. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Adjust seasoning according to taste. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine all cheese filling ingredients. Mix well.
To assemble, scoop about 2-3 tablespoons of meat sauce on one end of a lasagna sheet then top with a tablespoon of cheese filling. Roll lasagna sheet and set on a greased baking pan. Do the same with the rest of the lasagna sheets, meat sauce, and cheese filling.
Once all lasagna sheets are filled and rolled, spread excess meat sauce and/or cheese filling over rolled lasagna. Sprinkle grated melting cheese on top then bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees celsius or until cheese has melted and browned.
Allow to cool slightly then serve.
