Hack Pizza Chain's Kung Pao Chicken & Peanut Sauce Pasta

This recipe takes a local pizza chain’s popular kung pao chicken and peanut sauce pasta and makes a healthier, and dare we say, better version using Knorr Liquid Seasoning Chili for that spicy umami kick. The secret to the layers of flavor in this dish isn’t just in the ingredients but also in the method – every single layer of this dish is seasoned. From the marinated chicken breast strips to the silky peanut butter sauce, this dish will get you high praises when served.

Tips

Save some of your pasta water. In case your peanut sauce gets too thick, pasta water can be used to loosen up the sauce while giving it a silky texture.
