- 2 pcs large eggs
- 2 pcs sliced bread
- 1 pc avocado
- drizzle lemon juice
- drizzle olive oil

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add your oil.
Crumble your kesong puti on the pan, ensuring that the outer circle of the pan is covered.
Let the kesong puti melt for a bit, mixing occasionally to prevent it from burning.
Gently crack your eggs in the center of the pan and let cook to your desired doneness.
While the egg is cooking, toast your bread slices and smash half an avocado on top of each piece.
