Ingredients
  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 pc Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 1 pc chorizo de bilbao, sliced
  • 4 pcs hotdogs, sliced
  • 1 pc potato, cubed
  • 1 pc carrot, sliced
  • 1 pc red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 pc green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3/4 cup button mushroom, sliced
  • 15 oz all-purpose cream
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 pc lime
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 4 pcs garlic cloves,minced
  • 3/4 cup water
  • to taste salt and pepper
Cooking Method
  1. Combine the chicken, soy sauce, and lime in a large bowl. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Saute the onion and garlic.

  3. Once the onion is soft and translucent, add the chorizo. Saute for 1 minute.

  4. Put the chicken in a pot. Saute the mixture until browned.

  5. Add water and let it boil.

  6. Add Knorr Chicken Cube to the pot, stir and cover. Continue to cook for about 20 minutes.

  7. Put the sliced hot dogs in the pot. Cook over medium heat until the liquid is reduced to half.

  8. Add the potato and carrot into the pot. Next add in the all-purpose cream. Mix well, cover and cook for around 8 minutes.

  9. Stir-in the mushrooms and bell peppers. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.

  10. Season with ground black pepper and salt.

  11. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with white rice. Enjoy!
