Fish and Vegetable Teriyaki
A Japanese inspired dish uses the flavor and crispy texture of fried Tilapia mixed with sautéed vegetables with a glaze of soy and sugar sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pc tilapia
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 pc Knorr Chicken Cube
- 1 cup green beans
Begin by seasoning the fish with a little salt and pepper. Evenly season both sides.
Get your pan nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and fry the fish until golden brown.
In another pot, combing soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, water and Knorr Chicken Cube. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes. Add green beans and simmer until cooked through.
