Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning Chili
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 pc garlic clove, minced
Cooking Method
  1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together.

  2. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.

  3. Enjoy this tonkatsu sauce on top of your favorite tonkatsu or your choice of fried food or dumplings.
