Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 pc red onion, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 pc small green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 pc small red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 pack Knorr Chicken and Corn soup, dissolved in 2 and ½ cups of water
  • 5 pcs store-bought chicken tonkatsu (or 20 pcs cooked chicken nuggets)
Cooking Method
  1. Melt butter with canola oil in a small saucepan.

  2. Saute the green and red bell peppers until fragrant and slightly tender.

  3. Pour in the dissolved Knorr Chicken and Corn soup mixture. Mix well, and allow to simmer until thickened.

  4. Pour the sauce over cooked tonkatsu or chicken nuggets with rice or your favorite side dish.
