Cook noodles according to package directions. Reserve 3 cups of pasta water.
Make the White Sauce
Dissolve Knorr Cream of Mushroom in the reserved 3 cups of pasta water.
Bring to a simmer over medium high heat and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
Add cream and mix well. Once cream has been incorporated, turn off heat and set the sauce aside.
Make the Meat Sauce
Sauté ground meats in a saucepan over medium heat until color changes. Discard most of the oil from the pan.
Add onions and garlic into the pan and sauté for 3-5 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
Add the Knorr cubes and mix well until the cubes are dissolved. Season the mix with ground pepper.
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and sugar into the pan. Mix well and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and set sauce aside.
Assemble and Bake The Spaghetti
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Toss the cooked pasta in the pan with the white sauce and then transfer into a 9x13 rectangular oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the pasta and spoon the meat sauce on top. Make sure to spread it evenly.
Finish off with the remaining grated cheese.
Bake pasta in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted and has begun to brown.
Remove from oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
