Ingredients
- 30 oz white corn kernels
- 1 pack Knorr Corn and Crab Soup
- 8 oz chicken chunks, shredded
- 1 pc onion, minced
- 3 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups water
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- to taste fish sauce (patis)
- to taste ground white pepper
- for garnish parsley or scallions
You can add quail eggs to this dish if you want extra protein.

Heat the cooking oil in a pot, and saute the garlic and onion.
Once the onion softens, add the white corn and cook for 3 minutes.
Put the chicken into the pot and saute for a minute.
Combine Knorr Crab and Corn Soup with water and mix well. Pour the mixture into the pot and let it boil while stirring lightly.
Continue cooking in low to medium for 3 minutes while stirring.
Season with ground white pepper and fish sauce.
Serve warm. Garnish with parsley or scallions, if desired.
