Make The Spinach-Mayo Mixture
In a dry pan over low heat, cook spinach until wilted. Remove from pan and roughly chop the spinach. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and onions until onions are translucent.
Add chopped spinach back into the pan and crumble in ½ Knorr Chicken Cube.
Add the flour into the pan and mix well.
Stir in all-purpose cream and let simmer for 1 minute.
Lower the heat and add cream cheese. Stir until most of the cream cheese has dissolved. You will have a few lumps and that’s okay.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool. Once cooled, stir in Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise. Mix well.
Time to Assemble and Bake the Pizza
Take out your frozen crust and spread ⅓ of the spinach mixture on top.
Finish with ⅓ of the grated cheese and repeat the same procedure with the other two pizza crusts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is starting to brown.
Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
