Season the chicken breast with Knorr Sinigang Original Mix, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, and ground black pepper. Set aside.
Place a pan over medium heat and drizzle with a bit of oil. Add your onions and in your chicken breast and cook them until the chicken is light brown in color. Set aside.
Make your garlic mayo sauce by whisking all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
It’s time to assemble. Practice mise en place and prepare all your ingredients for filling the tortilla/pita by placing them all in front of you.
Heat up a clean skillet over high heat and quickly toast your pita or tortilla bread on both sides. This should take only a minute or two.
If using pita, make a slit on the side using a sharp knife to create a pocket where you can place your fillings.
Place 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture, tomatoes, cucumber, and grated cheese inside the pita or on top of the tortilla.
If using a tortilla, roll the tortilla by folding in the sides and rolling it up from the bottom.
Finish the wrap by drizzling with garlic mayo on top.
