- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup japanese panko or breadcrumbs
- 2 pcs egg, beaten
- as needed canola oil for fying

Press bread slices as flat as you can with a rolling pin or heavy bottle.
Spread a tablespoon Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise on each piece of flattened sliced bread.
Top each piece of bread with a slice of ham and cheese. Roll tightly and secure with a toothpick so sandwich won’t unroll.
Dredge sandwich rolls in flour. Lightly tap off excess flour.
