- 2 pcs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge them in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
