This dish uses the rich and salty flavor of tinapa flakes mixed with diced vegetables infused with Knorr seasoning, wrapped and fried for that crispy texture.

Tips

After cooking the tinapa stuffing, you can place the fish in your chiller to cool down the meat. It will be easier for you to scoop and shape the meat before placing them in the lumpia wrapper.
