For the tortilla:
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Lady's Choice Real mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup oil

- garlic powder

- paprika
- lemon

- grated cheese
- chopped lettuce

- 5 pcs medium tomatoes, deseeded and cubed
- 2 pcs medium white onions, chopped
- fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
For the spicy garlic mayo:
- 1/2 cup Lady's Choice Real mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
