Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken feet
  • 3 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cups water or enough to cover the chicken feet
  • 2 pcs bay leaves
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • to taste salt and pepper
Cooking Method
  1. Clean and prepare chicken feet by cutting off claws.

  2. In a large pot or pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

  3. Add chicken feet to the pot and cook until lightly browned.

  4. Add bay leaves, vinegar, soy sauce, whole black peppercorns, and Knorr Liquid Seasoning. Bring to a boil without stirring.

  5. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the chicken feet are tender and the sauce has thickened.

Scalding the chicken feet in boiling water before cooking makes it easier to remove the skin and nails.
