Ingredients
  • 250 g sukiyaki-cut beef
  • 250 g bacon-cut pork
  • 250 g assorted hot pot or shabu-shabu balls
  • 2-3 pcs sweet corn, cut into 2-inch pcs
  • 100 g pechay Baguio
  • 100 g spinach
  • 100 g assorted fresh mushrooms
  • 100 g noodles (sotanghon, rice, or egg)

For the stock:

  • 2 liters water
  • 2 pcs Knorr Chicken Cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 (1-2 inch) pc ginger,
  • 3-4 stalks leeks, cut into 2-inch pcs from the white end
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
Cooking Method
  1. Make the stock: Combine all ingredients in a big pot. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Add meats, balls, vegetables, and noodles to the stock. Boil until cooked. Serve immediately.
