Pork Meatball
In a big bowl, add ground pork, whole egg, spring onions, 1 piece Knorr Pork Cube, white pepper, and flour. Mix it well.
Scoop 1 tablespoonful of the meatball mixture and roll into balls. Set aside.
Misua Soup
Set a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Once heated, add oil and garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
Add water and remaining Knorr Pork Cube. Bring mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, add prepared meatballs. You’ll know the meatballs are cooked when they float on the surface.
Once the meatballs are cooked, add the misua into the pot.
Remove from heat and allow the residual heat in the soup to cook the misua noodles.
Season according to taste and top with some spring onions for garnish. Now you’re ready to enjoy your misua with meatballs.
