- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsps. garlic, crushed

- ½ tsp garam masala

- 2 tsps. calamansi juice
- 500 g boneless lamb, cubed

Combine cumin powder, chili paste, yogurt, mace, ginger, Knorr Beef Cube, garam masala, calamansi juice, and oil in a bowl.
Marinate the lamb in the mixture for at least 4 hours, make sure that all parts are fully coated.
Take some bamboo sticks or metal skewers, thread the meat onto it.
