Ingredients
  • 2 pcs eggplants, sliced
  • 4 pcs chili pepper, chopped
  • 1 pc Knorr Shrimp Cube
  • 3 1/2 tbsp bagoong alamang
  • 3 pcs garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 1 pc tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 oz pork, cubed
  • 3/4 cup water
  • to taste ground black pepper
Cooking Method
  1. In a cooking pot, heat the oil. Fry the eggplant for about a minute and a half per side. Remove from the pan and set aside after.

  2. Using the remaining oil, sauté the garlic until it turns light brown. Add the onion and tomato, and sauté the ingredients until the onion softens.

  3. Add pork and chili pepper to the cooking pot. Cook until the pork turns light brown.

  4. Add the bagoong alamang and Knorr Shrimp cube. Cook for one minute.

  5. Pour water and vinegar into the pot, and let it boil. Continue to cook afterward for 3 to 5 minutes.

  6. Add the fried eggplant into the pot. Stir and cook for one and a half minutes.

  7. Season with ground black pepper and sugar. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
