Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 pcs garlic, chopped
  • 1 pc red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 pc green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 pack Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup canned button mushroom
  • 1 can spicy tuna in oil, drained
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 400 g linguini noodles, cooked
  • to taste Knorr liquid seasoning
  • for topping Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt
  • for garnish lemon wedges
Cooking Method
  1. Heat the cooking oil and butter in pan. Saute onion and garlic. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and tuna. Season to taste.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the ½ cup of water with one pack of Knorr Cream of Mushroom soup. Add the mixture to the pan and bring to a boil.

  3. Once it boils, lower it down to a simmer. Add the cream.

  4. Add the lemon zest and season with salt, pepper, and Knorr Liquid Seasoning.

  5. Plate the noodles and top with the cooked sauce. Sprinkle cheese and garnish with lemon wedges.

  6. Top with sesame seeds, pickled ginger and nori. Serve hot.
