How do you like your eggs in the morning? Take a break from your usual and try some Turkish eggs! Turkish eggs are basically poached eggs served over a scrumptious bed of garlicky yogurt and warmed olive oil.



Our poached egg recipe can be prepared in just 10 minutes and features Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise for some added creamy goodness. This Turkish egg recipe will surely be a welcome addition to your egg recipe arsenal.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 pcs garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 pcs eggs
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp pepper flakes
  • to taste salt
Cooking Method
  1. Whisk together the Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic and salt.

  2. Poach each egg in boiling water, about 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. Make the warmed olive oil sauce while the second egg is being cooked. Heat the olive oil with pepper flakes.

  4. Transfer the poached egg to the prepared yogurt bowls and drizzled with the olive oil sauce.
