- 4 day old rice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pc small red onion, diced
- 4 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp annatto powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning Original
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

In a large bowl, break apart the clumps of rice by pressing on it with a spatula.
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium high heat.
Add butter and let it melt for a few seconds.
Add onion and garlic cloves. Sauté until fragrant.
Add annatto and turmeric powder. Mix for 20-30 seconds.
Add rice and mix well to fully coat and season.
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add Knorr Liquid Seasoning Original and mix to distribute.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
