Sinampalukang Molo Recipe
This soup dish combines the rich flavor of pork, combined with the crunch from the grated singkamas, cooked in a slightly sour savory tamarind broth.
Tips
When making your individual molo dumplings, remember not to overfill the wrappers. You need to leave space for you to close the wrapper properly from all side to prevent them from breaking apart while cooking.

Wrap the pork mixture in the wonton wrappers and form into the desired shape you want. Set aside and chill.
You now need to make the soup to cook your molo in. Just bring water to a boil and drop in a piece of Knorr Pork Cube and Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Original.
Now that our soup is boiling, gently add the pieces of molo in and allow this to simmer for 10 minutes. And there you have it! Our Sinampalukang Molo.
For that added presentation, top your Sinampalukang Molo with chopped spring onions. When you sip into the soup, you will always be reminded of home.
