Pinoy Pochero Recipe
This Filipino classic dish uses the rich flavors of beef mixed with the sweet taste of saging na saba and fresh garden flavors from the vegetables.
Tips
Remember to remove the scum rising to the top of the liquids when tenderizing the beef. You need to clean out the scum before the water hits boiling point so that the scum doesn't dissolve back into the water.
