Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pc ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 pc medium onion, quartered
- 1 pc large dalag or hito, cleaned and cut into serving portions
- 4 cups ""hugas bigas""
- 3 pcs Knorr Fish Cubes
- 2 bunches pechay Tagalog
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- pepper to taste

Get a pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and saute garlic, ginger, and onions.
Add fish,“hugas bigas”, and Knorr Fish Cubes. Bring to a boil until the fish is cooked through.
When fish is cooked, add pechay tagalog, green onions, and pepper.
