This kid friendly baon recipe is very simple to make. It uses the savory and salty marination to add flavor to the pork cutlets.

Tips

Before placing the pork in the marination, you can soak the pork cutlets in milk to tenderize the meat for about 1 hour. The milk enzymes will help break the protein, making the fibers and meat more tender.

Ingredients
  • 500 g pork cutlets, skin and fat trimmed
  • 5 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • ground black pepper
Cooking Method
  1. Let's start by combining Knorr Liquid Seasoning and ground pepper in a small sealable bag or a bowl and place the pork cutlet to marinate. Keep in the marination for at least 20 minutes to get full flavor and taste.

  2. Remove the pork cutlets from the marination, and place on a grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the cuts. Brush on the marination if the cuts become dry while grilling.

  3. Serve hot and Enjoy!
