This dish combines the rich flavors of crabs mixed with the sweet and creamy flavors of the coconut milk and garlic served on top of asian crispy noodles.

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 packs Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 kg. fresh crabs, whole
  • 100 g sotanghon noodles
  • As needed cooking oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped and fried
  • 2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
Cooking Method
  1. Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and throw in the garlic and sauté until brown. Dissolve Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay in water then add to the pot.

  2. Into the pot goes the fresh crabs. Let the sauce simmer until thick and crabs are cooked through. This will take about 15 minutes depending on the size of the crab.

  3. Get another shallow pan for deep frying and pour enough oil. Turn the heat to medium high and gently add the noodles. Remove from the pot once it puffs and drain on paper towels.

  4. Place the noodles on a nice platter with the crabs on top. Pour the sauce over and sprinkle fried garlic and spring onions on top. Who says you need to go to a Chinese restaurant to enjoy something as beautiful as this dish!
