Embrace The Flavors Of Ilocos With Our Ilocano Dinakdakan Recipe

Nothing beats enjoying some Pinoy comfort food at the end of a tiring day. Who doesn’t like cracking open a cold bottle of beer with friends and family, right? There’s nothing wrong with going for some good ol’ sisig as pulutan, but why add some Ilocano flavors to your bar chow? Try our Dinakdakan Ilocano Style Recipe!

Our guide on how to cook Dinakdakan Ilocano style is made with Knorr Pork Cube. The flavor of one pork cube is equivalent to 1 kilo of pork so this tiny addition helps elevate the flavor of the meat even more. Aside from the pig parts, most of our recipe’s ingredients can already be found in your everyday pantry. So don’t blame us if your loved ones become hooked on Dinakdakan Ilocano! ;)

Tips

If you don’t have a grill, you can opt to pan fry the pig parts instead.
