Ingredients
  • 1 pack spicy instant ramen
  • 1 pc egg
  • 2 tbsp Lady's Choice real mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk sliced leeks
Cooking Method

  1. Add boiling water into noodles. Allow noodles to cook.

  2. In a separate bowl, add seasoning packet, eggyolk and mayonnaise. Mix well.

  3. Once noodles are tender, add some of the noodle water into the mayonnaise-eggyolk mixture and mix well.

  4. Pour mayonnaise-eggyolk mixture with the noodles. Mix well and top with sliced leeks. Enjoy while warm.
