Ingredients

For the fish:

  • 1 pc fish fillet (cream dory, snapper, or tilapia), cleaned and seasoned
  • As needed flour
  • 1 pc egg, beaten
  • As needed panko breadcrumbs
  • As needed oil for deep frying

Assembly:

  • 2 slices white/wheat bread
  • 4 tbsps Lady's Choice Tuna Spread
  • 2 pcs iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 pc fish fillet
Cooking Method
  1. Dredge fish in flour, shake, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry until crisp.

  2. Spread Lady’s Choice Tuna Spread on bread slices. Fill with lettuce and fish fillet.
