Bistek Tagalog Recipe
This dish combines the rich taste of marinated beef with the soy-based sauce combined with the tangy taste of calamansi.
Tips
When marinating the meat, its best that you do it longer, recommended 1-3 hours before cooking, so that the flavors and spices penetrate the insides of the meat.

- ¼ cup calamansi juice
- ¼ cup water

For the next step, cover the beef in breadcrumbs.
Now, get your pan nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and pan-fry the beef slices. Set this aside.
You can now remove the excess oil from the pan.
Let’s now make the sauce: Add the Knorr Liquid Seasoning, calamansi juice, water and sugar in a bowl. Season this with black pepper and adjust the seasoning of sauce as desired.
